Description Responsible for overseeing all areas of marketing:
Execute marketing plans and initiatives which help to project a uniform corporate identity and branding for the firm and its products targeted at investors.
Develop major communications pieces, including print and web-based marketing materials, (e.g., brochures, account applications, newsletters, magazine advertisements, fund fact sheets, annual reports, sales presentations, client and conference give-away materials).
Supervise and oversee the work of freelance designers & copy writers, as needed.
Identify specific communication needs and strategies.
Assist in developing ideas to generate additional fund, company and/or industry topics for distribution to our clients and prospects.
Author and maintain changes to our Internet websites. Each site must be scrutinized for quality content, effective design, and current statistics.
Coordinate media relations, executive communications, internal and external communications.
Incorporate fund analytics into marketing materials and market intelligence for Sales Team.
Oversee Request for Proposal (RFP) process which requires oversight of content, timing and prioritization.
Work closely with Compliance team to ensure all information meets security and industry guidelines.
Manager, Client Services
Responsible for overseeing all aspects of client services:
Directly oversee the client service team.
Ensure that client expectations are met on a per project basis in terms of budget, quality and turnaround time.
Partner with portfolio managers, relationship managers, product specialists and/or sales staff to develop and implement policies and procedures for serving new and existing clients.
Coordinate client communications and maintenance of client database.
Responsible for annual Client Conferences which includes securing site location, budget, handouts, slide presentation(s) and content.

Qualifications Requirements:
Excellent understanding of the investment business and the firm's products and services.
Prior experience in the Mutual Fund industry and marketing to registered representatives in regional offices.
Leadership ability to work in a team environment and drive key decisions in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
Excellent presentation, oral and written communication skills are required.
Strong planning, organization, analytical and technical skills are required.
Ability to handle multiple responsibilities concurrently and drive for results.
Must be able to work independently and perform a variety of tasks.
Positive attitude with the ability to react constructively to change and challenges a must.
Ability to troubleshoot and prioritize under pressure.
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and time management skills.
Extremely well organized with superb attention to detail.
Degree in Marketing/Finance.
Series 6 & 63 Licenses a plus. |
