The Client Relationship Manager (CRM) reports jointly to the Complex Director and the Advisory Division. The CRM is a member of the Branch Leadership team, along with the Administrative Manager and BusinesManager. The CRM supports the Firm's business objectives and contributes to the Complex's profitablity and revenue growth by ensuring the service expectations of our clients are met and exceeded, while also balancing risk and exposure to the firm. Ultimately, the CRM serves the client, protects the firm, and grows the business by proactively managing the client experience .

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

  •   

    Expert knowledge of regulatory and supervisory requirement and corporate policies and procedures.

  •   

    Industry registrations including Series 7, 9, 10, 63 and 65 or 66.

  •   

    Knowledge of Customer Accounting, New Accounts, Trading, General Ledgers, Cashiering, Document Controller, Retirement Plans, Wire and Order.

  •   

    Knowledge and Experience with Customer Service Skills, Communication Skills, Trend Analysis, Advisor Interaction, Verbal & Written Presentation Skills, Negotiation Skills.

  •   

    Product Knowledge of 401K, Options, Annuities, Tax, Retirement Plans, MLOL/MLD, CMA/Beyond Banking/FAC, Money Funds, Mutual Funds, Liabilities, Margin, Trust Operations.

  •   

    Broad knowledge of internal and branch office reporting systems and and computer applications.

  •   

    Ability to communicate effectively (both orally and written).

  •   

    Strong management skills, including the ability to effectively plan, monitor, influence, negotiate, supervise and delegate.

  •   

    Effective interpersonal skills, sound judgment, teamwork orientation and sensitivity to deal with confidential business, human resource and client-related issues.

  •
