Description
JOB DESCRIPTION:
Our client is a regional financial services firm and is seeking a senior executive to serve as its Head of Retail Banking Operations. This executive must have a firm understanding of the core products of a retail bank (Savings Accounts, Checking Accounts, CDs, Consumer Loans, etc) and experience leading a team to effectively management back-end operations.
REQUIREMENTS:
15 Years of financial services experience
12 Years of retail banking operations experience with at least 5 years in a management role
Strong knowledge of the retail banking business and branch distribution, and its full range of retail banking products
Proven success in leading and driving process improvement agendas with solid results
A strong team leader and team player, with excellent communication skills
Bachelors Degree (MBA Preferred)
