Bank of America is seeking professional and motivated candidates interested in the following opportunity: The primary focus of the Regional Manager is to manage and grow the business by managing a team of Wealth Management Bankers to meet regional plan goals and objectives. The Regional Manager must create genuine teamwork with Complex Directors and between Bankers and Financial Advisors. The Regional Manager should inspire Bankers and other team mates to embrace the business model by using the appropriate processes and tools, and deliver balanced revenue growth across banking and investments. The Regional Manager must leverage his/ her management expertise to lead a team of Bankers to meet challenging performance goals and objectives, recruit and develop talent and to create banking/investment collaborations between Financial Advisors and Bankers. A successful Regional Manager models the best of BAC values, thinking, and behaviors; executes against Hoshin, Financial and Performance plans; and inspires the necessary discipline, rigor, and positive energy in the region to perform successfully. Undergraduate degree required. Graduate degree in business, finance, economics or a related field desired. Six or more years of related experience in a mortgage and/or banking environment preferred.
