Essential duties and responsibilities include:

  •   Position provides strategic direction, stewardship and administration for global branding development and initiatives, and major domestic and global advertising campaigns in traditional and new media. Oversees the Creative Services group - a multi-site, full service design and production studio - ensuring high quality, efficient and effective delivery of communication materials to internal clients world-wide. Manages business administration, tracking and reporting for Global Brand Advertising and multi-million dollar budget.
  •   Global Branding: Set strategic direction for and lead execution of global branding initiatives; Oversee administration of Global Branding Committee
  •   Global Advertising: Define advertising strategy; manage creative development and execution of print, online and TV campaigns; oversee media planning, buying and tracking of major domestic and global advertising programs. Manage and direct multiple creative agencies.  Negotiate contracts.
  •   Creative Services: Oversee full service design and production studio ensuring high quality, efficient and effective delivery of communication materials (print collateral, direct marketing/mail, signage, print and online advertising, multi-media etc.) to internal clients world-wide. Establish and maintain superior customer relationships throughout organization.
  •   Business Administration: Manage annual business planning, tracking and reporting process - developing and managing budgets, establishing and tracking initiatives and managing all regular reporting functions.

     

    JOB REQUIREMENTS:

    Additional Requirements:

  •   15 years experience in Advertising and Brand Management with a major B to B firm operating in multiple markets and channels

  •   Expertise directing Advertising strategy, media planning and execution, and tracking and reporting of major domestic and global campaigns across traditional and new media

  •   Proven senior level, best practice expertise in brand management and brand stewardship across multiple markets, geographies and channels

  •   Strategic and creative thinker

  •   Financial Services industry experience preferred

  •   Effectively manage multiple, simultaneous programs

  •   Ability to operate at both a senior, strategic level and execute 'hands on' with limited staff

  •   Strong relationship management skills

  •   Strong operations management skills

  •   Balance high quality output with efficient, fast delivery/speed to market

  •   Sound judgment and decision-making: Ability to balance responsible, compliant, appropriate, on-brand creative while ensuring it stands out in the market-place

  •   Direct Senior Manager level staff

  •   Ability to collaborate and exert influence in a matrixed organization

  •   Effectively lead and inspire/mentor staff

  •   Provide thought leadership

  •   FINRA Series 6 and 26 license required (within 6 months)
