When will my job promotion start?
Your job will immediately appear in our database, where it can be viewed by all visitors to MME Careers. It will also appear on our partner site, Mutual Fund Careers.
When you upgrade your posting, your job will be promoted in the daily email blast for two weeks starting on the Monday after you place your order. (Noon Wednesday deadline for the next Monday issue.) Your job will also appear in the next edition of www.MMExecutive.com (Also subject to Noon Wednesday deadline for the following week's issue)
How will I know that you have received my order?
You will receive an emailed confirmation for each posting and a separate email for any job you have upgraded. You will also receive a purchase receipt from Link Point, our credit card processor. Your statement will show a charge by "DMR, Inc."
Is there a limit to the number of jobs you will accept for promotion?
Depending on production requirements, we may occasionally limit the number of jobs promoted in an email blast or the online publication. When this occurs, we will contact you and place your listing in the next available issue.
What is the order in which jobs will appear?
Job seekers can search our database of opportunities by location, category or key word. All jobs are presented in chronological order, most recent postings first. In both the daily email blast and www.MMExecutive.com, jobs appear in the order received, the earliest at the top of the list.
What is the publication schedule for www.MMExecutive.com?
For the remainder of 2006, MME will be published every Monday, with the exception of August 28, September 4 and December 25, when there will be no issue.
How will I manage my account?
When you post a job, you will have access to a personal home page on our site. From there, you can renew, edit or delete your posting, purchase an additional posting or upgrade a job.
Can I pay via invoice?
Customers who pre-pay for multiple job postings with upgrades can pay by invoice and qualify for a discount. The job postings and upgrades can be used at any time. All other purchases must be made by credit card. Please contact customer service to discuss any specific requirements.
I subscribe to Mutual Fund Careers. Do I need to pay to post my jobs on both sites?
No. As an MFC customer, your job postings will also automatically appear on MME Careers at no additional cost. Your user name and password are valid for both sites.
When you login to this site, you will be directed to a special home page showing a listing of all of your job postings. From there, you can upgrade any job to promote it through Money Management Executive's email blasts and the online edition of the publication. Your cost for each upgrade is $500.00.
Login to Mutual Fund Careers to add or edit job postings appearing on both sites or to manage your MFC subscription.
Are purchases on your site secure?
All purchases on our web site are secure. Credit Card transactions are processed by Link Point, a service of First Data.
